Meetings
The Alumni Chapter meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday. For the past few years we have been meeting in the Banquet room at the Phoenix City Grille restaurant located at 16th Street and Bethany Home Road (5816 N 16 St
Phoenix, AZ 85016 – 2506).
Cost for dinner is $20.
The food is terrific and we have a broad selection to choose from. Typically the menu to choose from is:
| P.C.G. Pasta | Chicken, sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, roasted garlic & penne pasta tossed in a white wine cream sauce |
| Jambalaya | Our version of the classic with chicken, shrimp & spicy andouille sausage tossed with fettuccini |
| Seafood Linguine | Tender pieces of crab & shrimp tossed in a lemon butter sauce with artichoke hearts, garlic & capers |
| Macadamia Nut Crusted Chicken | With Meyer’s Rum tropical fruit sauce and red bliss mashed potatoes |
| 16th Street Beef Pot Roast | With red bliss mashed potatoes, caramelized onion bourbon gravy and crispy parsnips |
| Beef Tenderloin Kabob | With a soy ginger glaze and sherried button mushrooms |
| Pork Tenderloin | Grilled and served with jalapeno preserves, red bliss mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables |
| Cedar Plank Salmon | Seasoned and grilled with citrus and served on a smoking cedar plank, with red bliss mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables |
